All products are made from quality 304 stainless steel.  This is the industry standard for cutlery or flatware. The metal has excellent corrosion resistance and is resistant to most food processing environments.  It can be readily cleaned and resists organic chemicals, dye stuffs and a variety of inorganic chemicals.  The products displayed on this website have exceptional durability and visual appeal.

Yes, our cutlery is top-quality stainless steel, stain-resistant and dishwasher safe.
However, we recommend you remove it from the dishwasher soon after washing. Even the most resistant stainless steel left in the dishwasher for long periods will eventually become affected or stained by harsh detergents and a moist environment.

Many of our products are handmade, so some products may differ slightly from the images on the site.  However, our quality control processes seek to ensure you will only be sent goods of the highest standards.

Generally speaking, your order should arrive around 14 days from the date of placement. The total time is based on the time for payment transfer, order processing, customs clearance, and the transit time from the carrier.

Shipping rates are calculated on the total weight of your order.  You can easily estimate your shipping charges by adding an item to the shopping cart, entering your country and postcode, and selecting “calculate” on the bottom left-hand side of the page.  The cart will then calculate the total cost and weight of items in your basket and display the charges on the page.

We use Thailand Post as our primary carrier for speed, reliability and convenience. 
Most items are shipped door-to-door within 14-15 working days.

We ship from our address in northern Bangkok.

Import duty and government taxes may be applicable depending on your country’s customs regulations.  Unfortunately, we have no control over this or way of anticipating what these charges might be. On the arrival of the goods in your country, your local delivery service will contact you to collect any additional duties or taxes if required.  Your order will then be released as soon as you pay the charges.  All necessary duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. If you have any concerns you should contact your local customs authority.
